ZUDOKU Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your ZUDOKU account data and Facebook Login data at any time.
1. Email deletion request
Send an email to support@zudoku.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- your ZUDOKU username;
- the email address used for Google or Facebook Login, if available;
- whether you want deletion of the full ZUDOKU account or only Facebook Login data.
2. In-app deletion request
If account deletion is available in your installed version, open ZUDOKU, go to Settings or Profile, and choose the account deletion option. If the in-app option is not available, use the email request above.
3. Facebook Login data
If you used Facebook Login, ZUDOKU may store your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile picture URL when provided by Facebook and approved by you. When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize this Facebook Login data and related account links.
4. Data we delete or anonymize
Where technically possible and legally permitted, we delete or anonymize:
- account profile, username, avatar, login identifiers, and provider links;
- game progress, statistics, awards, and settings;
- friend relationships, friend requests, blocks, chat records, duel invitations, and multiplayer records;
- push notification tokens and device-linked account records;
- support records connected to your account.
5. Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, purchase verification, accounting, legal obligations, dispute handling, backups, or platform compliance. Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires retention.
6. Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your request, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
