ZUDOKU
ZUDOKU Community Safety Guidelines
Effective date: July 17, 2026
These guidelines explain how players must behave in ZUDOKU social features, including friends, chat, battle rooms, rivals, usernames, profile choices, reports, and support messages.
1. Who ZUDOKU is for
ZUDOKU is a Sudoku puzzle game for players aged 13+ and, where local law requires it, the higher minimum digital-consent age. It is not designed for children under 13 and is not an anonymous chat app.
2. Be respectful
Do not harass, bully, shame, threaten, stalk, impersonate, hate-target, spam, scam, or pressure other players. Competitive puzzle play is welcome; abuse is not.
3. Protect private information
Do not ask players for passwords, payment details, home addresses, school details, phone numbers, identity documents, private photos, or other sensitive information. Do not pressure players to move to unsafe external contact channels.
4. Child safety is mandatory
ZUDOKU strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking, attempts to obtain sexual images from minors, or any conduct that endangers a child. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence where legally appropriate, and report confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority.
5. No harmful or illegal content
Do not share sexual content, violent threats, self-harm encouragement, malware, phishing links, illegal content, extremist content, or content that targets protected characteristics. Do not use ZUDOKU to sell goods, solicit payment, or run scams.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores, abuse bugs, tamper with subscriptions, impersonate staff, or interfere with the service. We may reset scores, remove rewards, restrict social features, or suspend accounts to protect fair play.
7. Reporting and moderation
You can report unsafe chat or conduct from the app where reporting controls are available, or email safety@zudoku.ai. You can also contact support@zudoku.ai. Reports may include account identifiers, chat snippets, thread or room IDs, timestamps, and app/device metadata needed to review the issue.
ZUDOKU may use automated checks, rate limits, player reports, admin review, and technical logs to detect abuse. We may warn users, hide or remove content, block messages, restrict accounts, preserve records, or contact authorities where legally required or appropriate for safety.
8. Appeals and questions
If you believe an action on your account was a mistake, contact support@zudoku.ai. For child safety or urgent safety concerns, contact safety@zudoku.ai.
